Database Administrator (part time), Voluntary Centre Bexley
Salary £8,740 per annum (including OLW), NJC Scale 3 point 14
18 hours per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) – funded to 31 March 2013
Volunteer Centre Bexley need a Database Administrator to respond to volunteer enquiries and input organisations and opportunities onto their database. The post also includes assisting with general office duties, telephone enquiries and administrative support for the Centre’s Drop-In service.
You will need a minimum of one year’s experience of office administration, be proficient in using Microsoft Word, including Excel spreadsheets, have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Training on the in-house database will be provided.
Funding beyond March 2013 is to be sought.
