There are hundreds of volunteering opportunities to choose from.  This is your chance to get involved in the community and do something for charity that will make you feel good and benefit others too. You can search for volunteering opportunities in sport, youth work, befriending, administration, hospitals or become a trustee. See how you can help.

VC Kensington and Chelsea are the central volunteering resource for charities and local voluntary organisations in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. They support, develop and promote local organisations to deliver services more effectively. They can help with volunteer recruitment, volunteer management, developing policies and procedures as well as answering any questions around volunteering that you might have. They work towards supporting local organisations through brokerage, promotion, training and support for local organisations.

Every week, about 380 new volunteers come forward in the borough, mainly looking for work experience and CV development. About 50 new volunteer opportunities are registered with the Volunteer Centre. Read more.

With a new government and a shifting agenda, see their Chief Executive’s thoughts and how they’re responding to the changes ahead.
